The ''Multiplier'' column covers those cases. Oilseeds also use the ''Multiplier'' (for example, as the fraction of cotton harvest that is cottonseed oil).&lt;br /&gt;

Oilseeds have other nutrients besides oil. Those nutrients could potentially be used in food. But for some oilseeds (canola, cotton, palm), they currently are not. And the USDA nutrition data is only available for their refined oils. Therefore, this analysis only counts their oils. Hopefully we can explore the greater potential of oilseeds in some other analysis.&lt;br /&gt;
