Most people agree that current legal systems are unjust in some ways. Some say we need reforms; some say we need a full revolution. But in either case, we first need some level of agreeing(...)( Even most anarchists believe there should be some laws or rules for society, just that we can't trust the state (or police) to be the ones to enforce them. ) on what a good legal system should look like.

This wiki can provide a place for that, with open-source collaboration. Suppose we were to rewrite entire sets of laws for society - what might that look like? Note: there doesn't have to be one single version only. We could experiment with writing multiple versions, perhaps each based in a different philosophy and see where it leads. Some parts could be universal; some could be adapted to different cultures. Each version could be a separate subpage.

I haven't fully opened this wiki yet, but I plan to. For now, if you're interested in collaborating, please post a comment in the talk page. I haven't yet figured out exactly how it should all work - let me know what you think!
