Sugar beets are almost always used for making refined white sugar. What if instead, why not just dry the beets and powderize them
Does it exist already?
Googling "sugar beet powder" comes up with expensive supplement powders that are clearly not what I'm talking about. Sugar beets are obviously cheap, as they are used for making cheap sugar. Where could we get a powderized version of those same cheap beets? [RESEARCH needed]
