What's the typical environmental impact of a small "1 ½" apartment with a bed, kitchen and bathroom? Would be nice to estimate for 2 scenarios:

1. Apartment in a new building:

  • Environmental impact of construction
  • Environmental impact of heating, cooling, etc.

2. Repurposed housing:

  • Environmental impact of initial work
