Water use

This section has not been filled in yet.  discussion Will need to clear up some general misconceptions about water use and the environment. Also maybe make a more general page like Environmental impacts of water use (...)( side note: on that page, mention how much more energy it takes to make hot water as opposed to cold. But in the case of AI's water use, we're talking about cold water used as a coolant mostly; AI's energy use is for the other section of this page ). Also i gotta find that youtube video i watched about ai water use, i'll add the link somewhere here
