General concept

File:How body dryers could be arranged to accommodate people of different heights.png
To accommodate people of different heights, the dryers could be arranged like this. Or, the dryers could have extendable hoses.

When homeless people get caught in the rain, it can be very hard to dry off (which can lead to hypothermia, lack of sleep, weakened immune systems and more).

Homeless shelters might have some laundry facilities, but the lineups may be long. Adding more washers & dryers would help, but there might be a more cost-effective way:

You know how in public washrooms, there are some hand dryers that blow hot air to dry your hands? Have something similar to that, mounted higher on the wall. Could fit a lot of them into a fairly small space.

A public facility could have a "drying room" or it could be integrated into an existing bathroom, changing room, or even part of a common room or public lounge.
