Have a page advising bakeries to sell their day-olds? Edit

Maybe titled "stop bakery food waste"? In any case, I thought of an FAQ that would go there:

"but then ppl will wait til the end of the day to buy em discounted" / "dont compete with yourself"

The people who do that are not the same people who would've paid full price. People with that much patience(...)( more time than money, perhaps ) are the ones who would've otherwise shopped elsewhere and cooked food on their own. Selling discounted leftovers is added revenue / a net positive for revenue. The fact that so many leftovers get thrown out in the first place, is plenty of evidence for the fact that the "pay more for fresh fresh" crowd is alive and well. Also, most people on lunch breaks aren't going to skip lunch just to pay half price at the end of the day.
