Build low-cost neighborhoods that don't suck
Some common problems with existing low-cost neighborhoods:
- Crime
- Long commutes - nothing in the area
- Lack of third spaces
- Boring aesthetics
- It's not even that affordable
Here's a radical idea: It's perfectly possible to have low-cost housing that doesn't have these major problems.
