preliminary Edit

  • diagram of products & byproducts (...)( i sort of have one half-made on my computer right now )
  • which of those are high in nutrients vs not so much
  • how to cook soybeans from scratch, make soymilk but better(...)( call it "unfiltered soymilk"? anyway, the concentrated version is good as a custard or filling or ingredient in dough (or if not sweetened, can be added to soups); the diluted version can be good as a drink to go with a meal. Kind of tastes like cereal )
  • debunk estrogen myth (...)( {{{1}}} )
  • it takes more soy to make meat than to make tofu (as far as i know. (...)( i don't have the exact numbers. One thing I know for sure is that meat takes more crops overall, per unit of protein - and yes grass-fed beef is an exception but it's in very limited supply, unavoidably so ))
  • rainforest concerns? btw it doesn't have to be grown there
  • address concerns about gmo
  • "see also" section: canola, wheat, corn
