Businesses should allow non-customers to use their bathrooms

Rationale

• Businesses take up space that could that could otherwise be used for city-owned public facilities. 💬 discussion TODO: answer common objections like "but private houses take up space too, should people be forced to open their homes to strangers?" - show why businesses are far better suited

• Environmental impact / wastefulness of having to buy something you don't even use, just to use the washroom. 💬 discussion should i be consistent with using one of the words (bathroom/restroom/washroom) especially when it comes to page titles?
