Making it more clear that both rows are consumption

Maybe move to title to above both rows, and put a "+" to the left of the bottom row? Elie (talk) 01:51, 27 August 2022 (EDT)

Or how about:

* Label the bottom row (left side only) as "fuel burned - general"

* Label the top row as "fuel burned to generate electricity*" plus a footnote "*electricity plus a few other minor purposes"
