Intermittent fasting

From the change wiki

Mode 1: The "warrior diet" (as it's typically called)

Not actually a diet but a meal timing

Eat in the afternoon, eat in the evening, eat until you're full. Sleep. Wake up, drink lots of water(...)( or your drink of choice - tea & coffee are probably fine ), skip breakfast. (...)( You'll probably poop in the morning but after that you're ready to roll! )  discussionTODO: I gotta debunk the myth that "breakfast is *always* the most important meal" - it depends on how much you eat the rest of the day. Provide context. Also mention that the human body stores glycogen (it can easily learn to store a full day's worth)

Benefits:

  • You can train better and harder while you're not digesting anything.  discussionTODO: Add more detailed explanation about "fight-or-flight" & "rest-and-digest" systems
  • During your fast, you won't be thinking much about food at all*
*(as long as you're used to the schedule - it takes a day or two to adjust)
*(as long as you aren't surrounded by people eating - humans are social eaters)
  • When you break your fast, you can really eat until you're full, without worrying much about overeating  discussionTODO: maybe elaborate regarding the fact that it's the total amount of food per day that matters to weight gain/loss, not the "when"
