Existing street lights could maybe be retrofitted with reflective cones. Would improve energy-efficiency slightly as well. 💬discussionTODO: maybe create a wikipage about this, and how to retrofit specific models and how much it might cost per light
Especially helps prevent light from shining into people's windows while they're trying to sleep.
