Important metric:
- Ratio: {waste oil output} / {oil input}
- This should at least be better (lower) than the status quo.
- By the way, we also still need to estimate the status quo.
Googling "efficient deep frying" isn't super helpful, as most of the results focus on energy-efficiency rather than reducing oil waste. Googling "zero-waste deep frying" doesn't come up with a lot either. Any other ideas on how to get started on researching this?
