* We should define "landlord" in a way that's fair.
** If you own a house, and you live in it, and you rent out rooms in that house, then the policy '''shouldn't apply to you.''' You should be allowed to say "no pets" in that case, because you live there too.
** On the other hand, if you own a multi-unit apartment complex, the policy should definitely apply to you. You should '''not''' be allowed to say "no pets".
** In between, there's probably some grey area that's up for debate.
