- Convert office space into housing
- Don't demolish existing buildings (as long as they're structurally safe)
- Let tenants decide what work needs to be done
- Subdivide housing (especially if there's a shortage of single-person homes)
- Low-cost construction
- Create new walkable neighborhoods
