Make housing available & affordable to poor people.
Things that would help
Physical
- Don't demolish existing buildings (except for ones that are condemned, of course)
- Subdivide housing (especially if there's a shortage of single-person homes)
- Create new walkable neighborhoods
- Low-cost construction
